Officer universities, as a training center for commanders, are one of the most important areas of development. Achieving this requires healthy, vibrant and highly motivated commanders and trainers. The main purpose of this study is to explain creativity and innovation in AJA officer universities. To measure creativity and innovation, a 12-item questionnaire of Dorji et al. Model with Likert scale was used. The statistical population of the study includes 140 employees of AJA military universities. Using stratified random sampling method and Cochran sampling formula, the sample population was 55 people. Analysis of the results of quantitative analysis (Chi-square test) at the level of five percent error (α = 0.05) showed that leadership style, organizational structure and organizational culture will promote creativity and innovation in AJA officer universities; Also, supportive style, flexible and organic structures, organizational climate and staff risk-taking in making changes in AJA officer universities are the most important factors in the emergence of creativity and innovation.
