Effective factors are playing important role for fighter jets to stay hidden and safe from detection and damage sensors and advanced weapons of the enemy to create a suitable level of protection for fighter jets in the environment of future battles.The important factors in design of the safe structures of Nahaja fighter planes have been identified and explained with the approach of physical defense. The type of applied-developmental research is a descriptive-case-based research method with a mixed approach. The statistical population of the research were 30 people which selected as the sample size using the purposeful sampling method. Validity of collected data was confirmed through content validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis shows, the most influential components of the independent variable are positioning;Related to territorial planning with an average of 4533 and a variance of 0315, and the least impact related to technical and engineering factors with an average of 41 and a variance of 0.83, the highest impact of independent variable components of architectural principles and techniques related to architectural design Interior with an average of 4.47 and variance of 0.38 and the least effect related to the multi-purpose use with an average of 3.13 and a variance of 1.18, the greatest effect of the component in the field of using electrical facilities with an average of 4.43 and The variance is 0.57 and the lowest effect is related to the use of the fire alarm system with an average of 4.33 and a variance of 0.56.
