The main goal of this research is to provide strategies for the development of ready human resources in order to improve the logistics power of Nedaja in ocean shipping with a SWOT approach, which was implemented using a descriptive-survey method. In this research, using the method of library studies with phishing techniques, a list of internal factors (weaknesses and strengths) and external factors (opportunities and threats) have been identified and processed based on the combined model of strategic SWOT analysis. Then, through the design of the questionnaire and receiving the opinions of experts (20 people from Amadi employees appointed in the 17th and 18th rank jobs who were selected by a judgmental and purposeful method), the importance coefficient and weight of each identification factor and the evaluation matrices of internal factors (IFE) and evaluation of external factors (EFE) was formed. In this regard, by analyzing Nadaja's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the field of human resources development, appropriate strategies were identified and developed to improve the logistics capacity in ocean shipping. Items related to 20 internal factors (strengths (10) and weaknesses (10)) and 20 external factors (opportunities (10) and threats (10)) were analyzed and the results of the factor analysis matrix Internal (IFE) as well as matrix (EFE) indicate that the strategy in ocean shipping is an aggressive SO (Growth and Build) strategy.
