کشف و احصاء پیشایندها و پیامدهای التزام کارکنان با رویکرد کاربست پذیری در نبردهای آینده (مورد مطالعه: سازمان های دفاعی)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف و احصاء پیشایندها و پیامدهای التزام کارکنانبا با رویکرد کاربست پذیری در نبردهای آینده در سازمان های دفاعی انجام گرفته است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش موردنظر، رویکرد کیفی داشته و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و با روش اکتشافی پیشایندها و پیامدهای التزام کارکنان شناسایی‌شده است. داده‌های ثانویه از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای با رویکرد نظام‌مند و داده‌های اولیه از طریق مصاحبه با 15 نفر از فرماندهان و اساتید به دست آمده است.
یافته‌ها: بر مبنای تحلیل کیفی، 83 مفهوم شناسایی شده است که در قالب 2 مضمون اصلی شامل عوامل مثبت مؤثر بر شکل‌گیریِ(مشغولیت شامل 3 مضمون سازمان-دهنده، 8 مضمون پایه ای و 49 مفهوم) و پیامدهای شکل‌گیریِ مشغولیت (شامل 2 مضمون سازمان-دهنده، 6 مضمون پایه ای و 34 مفهوم)، دسته بندی شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مضامین در ارتباطِ با یکدیگر، مدلِ مضمونیِ پژوهش را ایجاد کرده است.در این راستا از ادبیات نظری در جهت مقوله بندی انتزاعی و ایجاد مدل مضمونی بهره گرفته شده است.

چکیده English

Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of discovering and calculating the antecedents and consequences of employees' Engagement with the applicability approach in future battles in defense organizations.
Methodology: The intended research has a qualitative approach and is practical in terms of purpose, and the antecedents and consequences of employee commitment have been identified with the exploratory method. Secondary data was obtained through library studies with a systematic approach and primary data was obtained through interviews with 15 commanders and professors.
Findings: Based on qualitative analysis, 83 concepts have been identified in the form of 2 main themes including positive factors affecting the formation of (Employment including 3 organizing-themes, 8 basic themes and 49 concepts) and the consequences of the formation of employment (including 2 organizing theme, 6 basic themes and 34 concepts), are categorized.
Conclusion: These themes in relation to each other have created the thematic model of the research. In this regard, theoretical literature has been used in the direction of abstract categorization and creation of the thematic model.
Originality :The importance of this research is that by identifying the antecedents and consequences of Engagement, managers can provide the necessary planning to improve the level of work commitment and improve individual performance and further organizational productivity.
