The purpose of this article is to present a performance evaluation model and get feedback from graduated cadets in the form of two phases of "structured interview" and "developing of a structural model combined with data mining". This applied research was carried out by the descriptive-correlation method and structured focal interview methods and researcher-made questionnaire were used. The statistical population of the first phase is 22 military-scientific experts and for the second phase, 98 recent graduates of DAFOS. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using experts' opinions and its reliability based on Cronbach's alpha index. Data analysis included ranking, weighting, Kruskal-Wallis test, structural equation modeling and data mining. For this purpose, SmartPLS, Minitab and Python programming environment were used.
Findings: The findings of the research indicate that the proposed structural model of performance review and feedback from graduated cadets in today's complex and diverse environments is confirmed with 15 direct hypotheses and 17 mediating hypotheses. The results of the structural equations in the first phase confirm that the eight competencies included in the officer's training charter document in addition to skill competencies, in a combined form and from the perspective of academic and unitary consequences, have an effect on the performance of graduated cadets. Of course, among these, the command competencies have the greatest impact on the organizational competencies of graduates with a coefficient of 0.9. Also, the results of data mining showed that according to the proposed structural model, university outcomes have a positive correlation with unit outcomes.
