Objective: The primary objective of this study is to develop a research-oriented human capital strategy in AJA educational centers.
Methodology: This study is developmental in nature and employs a mixed-methods approach. In the qualitative phase, thematic analysis and the Delphi method were utilized, while in the quantitative phase, the triangular fuzzy method was applied. The statistical population comprises experts from AJA educational centers. Data collection tools included library research, interviews, and questionnaires. To ensure validity, triangulation was employed, and reliability was determined through agreement between two coders.
Findings: The development of a research-oriented human capital strategy in AJA educational centers is founded on three main organizing themes: research-oriented managers with three fundamental themes, research-oriented faculty members with three fundamental themes, and research-oriented students with two fundamental themes.
Conclusion: The realization of a research-oriented human capital strategy depends on the fulfillment of roles, educational responsibilities, and the acquisition of teaching skills and managerial styles by faculty members, managers, and students within these centers.
