Improving the physical fitness of fighter pilots is one of the important factors in increasing their combat readiness; because they are constantly exposed to unconventional environments and it is essential that they have high physical strength. Therefore, this research seeks to explain how to improve the physical fitness of fighter pilots of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force by relying on endurance training. In this regard, IRIAF fighter pilots, documents, documents, books and related articles were studied and the statistical population of this study is fighter pilots of IRIAF who have more than 15 years of service, so that population will be 174 persons. This research used of descriptive-analysis method. The Research used mix method approach by using both qualitative data and quantitative data approaches. As perceived the primary source would be interview with interviewees and questionnaires (Close-ended questions) filled by respondents, whereas books, articles, reports and thesis would be utilized as secondary sources. The results of the analysis indicate that endurance training by strengthening the cardiovascular readiness, balance, strength, coordination, body composition and flexibility, as well as by increasing muscle endurance and The strength of the skeletal muscles of the body, such as the muscles of the neck, abdomen, legs and back, which are essential for increasing the tolerance of gravity; will improve the physical fitness of fighter pilots.
