The role of the GIS in military affairs is not overlooked. In general, it can be said that the purpose of using GIS in military operations is to process large volumes of spatial data related to the battle scene, to analyze the information appropriately and to accelerate the work, resulting in useful and accurate outputs for commanders and combatants To make a decision. Artillery is a commanding fist and has a huge impact on the fate of the battle. However, artillery fire is often carried out in most armed forces units traditionally and manually. The purpose of this research is to model the artillery technique. The time required to perform computations using this system has been reduced to 2 minutes by conducting field experiments, while these calculations are much more pronounced (between 5 and 10 minutes) at different time sources. Also, the required human resources are reduced to 1 person in conventional methods of 5 people (for deploying the projectile, performing level calculations, beam side, angles and minimum angles). In this research, we were able to accelerate work, simplify the work of artillery fire guards, increase the accuracy of calculations, and make precise corrections until the bullets arrive at the target, with the very high Gis capabilities and programming in this environment with C #, soft Designing and implementing an independent software that has significant advantages over traditional ones.
