Evaluation and supplier selection is one of the important issues in the field of military supply chain management. The actions of a military organization to evaluate and select efficient suppliers play an important role in creating a competitive advantage and improving the organization's performance. This is more complicated when there are different goods to buy, as well as restrictions such as the demand for each product, the supplier's ability to deliver the goods, delivery time, product quality, and price. In this paper, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method and a choice mathematical model with genetic algorithm (GA) solving approach are used to solve the supplier selection and supply problem. This method solves the problem in three steps. In the first step, using the FAHP, the relative weights of each criterion are calculated for each commodity. In the second step, the score of each company is calculated for each criterion and for each commodity. Outputs from the first and second steps are used as inputs in the allocation model to determine the suppliers and the amounts that each should provide. In order to implement the proposed model, this method has been implemented on Haft Tir Industry of Isfahan and numerical results have been investigated to select the best supplier from 3 companies to purchase 3 products and have 4 criteria. The results showed that using the combined method of GA and the FAHP can solve the problem of mixed linear programming of supplier selection.
