چکیده [English]

The nomenclature of year 1389 by the great leader and commander of Islamic
Republic of Iran armed forces as the year of "double diligence, Double effort"
represents his extensive attitude toward the vision of Iran in 1404. The meaning of
this guideline has different implication for the various groups of society. A
manager has a duty to try to achive an accurate thinking of doubled diligence and
effort so that the whole system can achieve a higher level of efficiency. Systematic
thinking is one of the significant elements of decision making and management
theories."AJA" organization as a system is in close interaction with its subsystems
in such a way that none of its component can produce national security on its own.
Only a few managers are aware of the thinking techniques, but the number of those
who apply these techniques is even less. When a system is broken down to its
components by an analytical method, the main features of the system are lost.
However, most managers consider analyzing and compounding synonymous and
thus, they see their products (knowledge, and understanding) equal, too. Systematic
thinking is the process of gaining an analysis and compounding- based
understanding in order to get a comprehensive and perfect insight about a subject
in its environment. This kind of thinking seeks to get an understanding about the
whole (system) and its components (meta system), the relationships between the
whole and the environment. Therefore, AJA's commanders should pay a special attention to systematic thinking as the foundation of their managerial, operational and ad ministerial systems and
try to spread the systematic culture through the application of appropriate
behavioral pattern and providing suitable training in the organization so that AJA
can achieve the determined vision for the year 1404.
