The Performance assessment program and quality of working life has
changed dramatically over the decades that the development program has
resulted in investment in human resources. The amount of product or
service the employees provide with the least cost and time, and highest in
quality, quantity, discipline and accountability is indicative of their
performance. Quality of working life approach, which is related to the
work environment impacts on both individual and organizational
effectiveness. Walton considers eight main variables increasing the
quality of working life. After analyzing, following results were obtained
by using a sample T-test and Pierson correlation coefficient: 1) The
average quality of working life of employees of Imam Ali University is
below the theoretical means (3.5) and is equal to (3.0724). 2) The
average performance of Imam Ali University is above the theoretical
means (3.5) and is equal to (4.0707). 3) There is no relationship between
qualities of working life and performance of employees of Imam Ali
University.
