In accordance with the rising importance of social capital, the necessity for its identification and measurement is clear. Increasing the functional rate of employees always is a vital challenge for managers and planners which is very important in army organizations. The present research is about the effect of social capital rate on armed forces organizations employees’ function which I.R.I.Army ideological and political bureau is charged. By the result of the present research, social capital parameters (social partnership, social reliance and social mutual relation) positively and sensefully are prognosticating employees function. Social confidence parameter is the first one and the second is social partnership, social mutual relations as the third parameter are the stronger anticipators on employees’ function. Also social capital variable totally equals 26 percent of employees’ function.
