The k2 test was used to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Then, magnitude of the correlation coefficient of that relationship was evaluated. In the workplace, managers (managers, deputies ,commanders and all the decision-makers are included) with poor communication skills are source of many organizational problems and their inability to communicate effectively reduces efficiency and increases dissatisfaction and causes lack of organizational commitment in the organization.
