for the first time Resistance Economic Theory was raised by supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Beyond determining place and time of implementation of resistance economic system in organizations, should be advert to issues of culture force of the economy. Culture is important because any measures may have unintended and unexpected consequences without the knowledge of cultural forces. Before implementing any system in any organization must be created in staff, acceptance changing culture. Culture is double-edged sword, On the one hand it's litter that achieve the facilitates organizational goals, second edge of culture can be a barrier to the changes in the organization. so the AJA organization should have special attention to their organization culture in the direction of Implementation of resistance economy system. Culture change and leadership role in its management arise through a variety of mechanisms depending on the growth of the organization. In all programs of this kind is formed a leading group to learn and test new behaviors. unlearning is a common belief instead of learning something unknown is annoying. It is easy to say, those who are involved exclusively within their own culture, which cannot be clearly seen floating in it and therefore cannot be evaluation properly. The transformational leader is who knew that the organization can play an important role in the rejection of the status quo and encourage the people to enough changes. If it didn't load "changing the culture of planned and structured" process necessary results, changing leaders resort to stronger measures. The most common approach that is brought a CEO, who beliefs different kinds of the values and the culture.
