[English]

Objective: Mindfulness as an intervention approach is suitable for improving job performance, creativity of employees as well as issues related to mental health.. The present research aimed to investigate the structural relationships of mindfulness, job performance, humble leadership and creativity of employees in a military center. Therefore, the effect of mindfulness on job performance has been investigated by determining the mediating effects of humble leadership and employee creativity
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and correlational in terms of method. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used in Amos software version 22.
Findings: The results of examining the relationship between mindfulness and job performance, employee creativity and humble leadership showed that most of the hypotheses can be confirmed. Based on the findings, the effect of humble leadership on creativity was significant but not on job performance. Also, the mediating role of creativity in the relationship between mindfulness and job performance was confirmed, but the mediating role of humble leadership was not confirmed in this relationship.
Originality: The overall framework of this research provides a basis for an emerging research field and outlines key directions for future research.
