The overall goal of this research is to explain the relationship between psychological empowerment of employees and capability of organizational maturity in Isfahan 55 field Artillery Group. For this purpose, according to Weton& Cameron theory, psychological empowerment was examined in five dimensions: sense of competence, sense of self determination, sense of impact, sense of significance and sense of trust. Also, Capability of organizational maturity based on Kortis organizational maturity model was examined in four dimensions; emotional maturity, rational maturity, professional maturity and social maturity.
This study has a main hypothesis and four sub-hypotheses. The research population is from Isfahan 55 field Artillery Group. Sample of 172 people was estimated using Cochran formula and were chosen randomly. Data collection is a questionnaire that is based on Weton and Kameron’s definition of psychological empowerment and Kortis definition of organizational maturity. After gathering, summarizing and classifying data, it was analyzed by descriptive statistics method. The results revealed a meaningful relationship between psychological empowerment of employees and organizational maturity there.
