It is a self evident, while a commander does not have full domination and knowledge of forward situations, does not acquire effective news and information or has lots of information but can not analyze them, and also not to be able to set fast connection with higher, lower and adjacent units, he will be weak to leading, commanding and controling of battlefield activities even he has experience, knowledge, intent and necessary equipments.In command and control system, with large amount of news and information there must be perpetual circulation of information and, without combination of various syetems, command and control system will not be exploitable.Making right decisions in the battlefield activities with better use of facilities and available resources, it gathers ability of leading and control that indeed it causes of enemy defeat. But all of them are based on national infrastructures, communications, specialized trainings, various command and control centers, data bases, information resources and technical equipments.So with combination of these factors and human factor, an army can use command and control systems effectively and has advantage in the future battlefields.
