بررسی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر توانمندی اعضای هیئت علمی (مطالعۀ موردی یک دانشگاه نظامی)

چکیده

هدف از این مقاله بررسی وضعیت توانمندی اعضای هیئت علمی در یکی از دانشگاه‌های نظامی است. در این مقاله چهار مؤلفۀ سبک رهبری، توانایی، تعهد سازمانی و قدرت با استفاده از پرسشنامه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت تا نگرش آزمون شوندگان در مورد این مؤلفه‌ها و در نهایت نقش مؤلفه‌ها در توانمندی اعضای هیئت علمی مشخص شود. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق تعداد بیست نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی یکی از دانشگاه‌های نظامی در تهران هستند که به روش تمام شمار انتخاب شده‌اند. برای تعیین و رتبه‌بندی میانگین‌ها از آزمون آماری تی تک نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد مؤلفۀ سبک رهبری و تعهد سازمانی در بین اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه یاد شده از شرایط خوبی برخوردار است ولی مؤلفۀ قدرت نیاز به تقویت دارد. در پایان پیشنهادهایی برای ارتقای سطح توانمندی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه یاد شده ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to examine the empowerment of faculty
members of a military university in Tehran. In this paper, the components
of leadership style, ability, commitment and authority were tested to
determine the respondents' attitudes and the role of the aforementioned
components on empowering them. Twenty faculty members of a military
university in Tehran were the statistical population of the study. They also
acted as the sample of the study. One sample t-test and Friedman test were
used to prioritize the components. The result of the study show that
leadership style and organizational commitment of the participants are in
good condition, whereas authority component needs to be enhanced. Some
suggestions are presented to improve the empowerment of the participants.
