Human resources are one of the most important assets of an organization that having an organizational commitment component can help that organization achieve its goals. Many studies have been conducted to promote organizational commitment in human resources, among which less attention has been paid to the role of moral intelligence as an influential and important factor; Therefore, in this study, the effectiveness of training components based on moral intelligence on the organizational commitment of the staff of one of the armed forces units was investigated. Using the available sampling method, 60 people were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups; Then the training of moral intelligence components was performed for the experimental group for 8 sessions and the control group did not receive any training. In this study, the organizational commitment questionnaire was used and the obtained data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. The results indicate the effectiveness of training the components of moral intelligence on the components of organizational commitment of military personnel (emotional commitment with F = 55.69 and P = 0.001, continuous commitment with F = 54.38, P = 0.001 and normative commitment with F = 43.05 and 0.001). 0P =). Findings showed that the application of training the components of moral intelligence in the workplace for personnel can be effective in promoting the components of moral intelligence as well as increasing awareness and increasing their organizational commitment.
