The main objective of the study is to examine the relationship between organizational structure and ethical values in a military unit. Data from the questionnaires of the 87 employees of a military unit in Tehran province using the test organizational structure (complexity, formalization and centralization) and ethical values was collected by questionnaire. According to the results of the present study, the mean value of the ethical values of 6.287 was observed, indicating a high level of ethical values there. Correlation analysis showed that the dimensions of organizational structure and ethical values have significant relationship (r=0.254) and the recognition components with a focus on ethical values and its employees are also positive and significant. Relationship between the concentration and formality is positive and significant. The study also showed a significant positive correlation between the two variables described. Therefore, in this section, the results are in agreement with the results of Robbins and et al. Linear regression analysis also showed that the dimensions of organizational structure alone explain about 12% of the total variance of ethical values. The results indicate that the ethical values variable correlated with the variable of work experience and education positively and significantly.Keywords:
