This applied research was conducted to identify the factors affecting the reporting of military performance in mass media with a mixed approach. The statistical population of the study was 250 army commanders and officials and civilian media. The sample was determined based on Cochran's formula equal to 70 people. Research data were analyzed by content analysis. Findings showed that the factors affecting the information about the performance of the army are in two dimensions: internal and external, and there is a significant relationship between the two with informing the performance of the army.
