Pathology of conscription in promoting the social cohesion of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract
This research was conducted as a descriptive study with a mixed approach with the aim of identifying the harms of conscription in promoting the social cohesion of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population includes military experts inside and outside AJA with at least 15 years of experience in command and AJA quadruple personnel with at least one year of service. Using the Morgan table, the sample size of experts was 59 and the sample size of duty staff was 384. In analyzing the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Student t-test, and Pearson test were used. Health, abilities, skills, and the incompatibility of the current model of military service with the conditions of the country, lack of consolidation in the law of military service, or the multiplicity of the law related to public service and other cases were counted.
