Abstract
Increasing the combat and defense power of the country and the correct use of military units in the battlefield depends on the improvement of the level of education, knowledge and skills, the human capital of the armed forces based on the new form of war. Based on this, most of the leading military and defense organizations in the world have turned their attention to the training and improvement of human capital, i.e. learners, and clarifying the real position of training and education in the development of this field has placed a big mission on their shoulders. Is. The purpose of this research is to formulate training and education strategies for I.R I.A.A pilots in the field of learners and instructor, considering the characteristics of future wars.
In this research, library and field tools have been used to collect information in the field of research. This research is of developmental-applied type, which was done with a descriptive method and a mixed approach.
After counting the strengths and weaknesses and identifying the opportunities and threats affecting the training and education of I.R I.A.A pilots in the field of learners and instructor, according to the characteristics of future wars and creating a matrix for evaluating internal and external factors (IFE and EFE), the position and position of training and education pilots were placed in a competitive position in the field of learning and instructors in the future war in the determination and evaluation chart of the organization's strategic position and approach (SPACE).
