Journal Article 2024 02 26 <strong>Objective: </strong>The development of scientific, educational, and research collaborations requires extensive investigation and study, which is the focus of this research. The aim is to identify the development of defensive diplomacy of the Iranian Army Command and Staff University with friendly and allied countries through a scientific research approach.<br /><strong>Method: </strong>This study is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive in terms of method. The researcher utilized an exploratory mixed-method approach for data analysis. In the qualitative analysis process, dimensions and features were identified using a data-driven method, followed by path modeling using the Fornell-Larcker criterion. The statistical population for the quantitative section of the study consisted of 87 professors at the Iranian Army Command and Staff University in 2022, and sampling was done using Cochran’s table with simple random sampling. Therefore, 81 questionnaires, designed using the Likert scale, were distributed, and the data were analyzed using Smart PLS software.<br /><strong>Findings: </strong>Based on the analysis of the codes extracted by the experts, three main categories were identified and classified: 1. Education with 10 subcategories, 2. Research with 9 subcategories, and 3. Requirements with 10 subcategories.<br /><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results of this research in the form of suggestions and based on the findings have been presented to the vice president of training and education, the vice president of planning and budgeting, the vice president of information and Command and Staff University.  <strong>هدف: </strong>توسعه همکاری‌‌های علمی، آموزشی و پژوهشی نیازمند بررسی و مطالعه وسیع‌  است که هدف این تحقیق قرار دارد تا با بهره‌گیری از یک روش‌ علمی پژوهشی توسعه دیپلماسی دفاعی دافوس آجا با کشورهای دوست و هم‌پیمان شناسایی گردد.<br /><strong>روش: </strong>این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی است، محقق در تجزیه تحلیل از رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) بهره برده است. در فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی به روش داده بنیان ابعاد و ویژگی‌‌ها شناسایی و سپس در مدل‌سازی مسیر از معیار فورنل-لارکر استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری بخش کمی این پژوهش اساتید دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد آجا در سال 1401 به تعداد 87 نفر و نمونه‌گیری با استفاده از جدول کوکران به روش تصادفی ساده انجام گردید. از این‌رو تعداد 81 پرسشنامه که با طیف لیکرت تنظیم‌شده توزیع و تحلیل با نرم‌افزار Smart PLS انجام شد.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>بر اساس بررسی به‌عمل‌آمده از کدهای استخراج‌شده توسط خبرگان، 3 محور شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شدند که عبارت‌اند از: 1. آموزش با 10 مقوله، 2. پژوهش با 9 مقوله و 3. الزامات با 10 مقوله.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نتایج این تحقیق در قالب پیشنهادات و بر اساس یافته‌ها به معاونت تربیت و آموزش، معاونت طرح و برنامه‌وبودجه، معاونت اطلاعات و دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد آجا ارائه گردیده است.  https://www.qjmst.ir/article_718450_5de938ebe68011328772acff399d4e24.pdf
