On the other hand, the growing trend of companies' Inclination in using customers’ participation shows that firms have taken new organizational choices to increase their innovation and competitive advantage. A very effective solution in this regard is the use of crowdsourcing strategy to exploit popular ideas in solving various (and complex) issues. Accordingly, in the forthcoming research project, a comprehensive study is under way on the understanding of the modern operations of the crowdsourcing and its various dimensions. In this regard, while gaining knowledge of the operational uses of crowdsourcing in different domains of defensive-security, cross-docking operations is utilized in the network of crowdsourcing to facilitate the processes of refinement and classification of information, as well as the coverage of software weaknesses and lack of sufficient infrastructures. Ultimately, the benefits and functions of the crowdsourcing operations – based on the network structure provided for it - are discussed in the defense operations and industries of our country. ایده‌های نوآورانه و ارزشمندی در دنیای پیرامون ما وجود دارند که غالباً در هیاهوی روزمره زندگی و به دلایلی چون عدم انتقال از کانال صحیح و یا عدم بررسی توسط سازمان ذیربط به نتیجه نرسیده و از بین می‌روند. از سوی دیگر، روند رو به افزایش مشارکت و بکارگیری مشتریان از سوی بنگاه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بنگاه‌ها گزینه‌های سازمانی جدیدی را برای افزایش نوآوری و مزیت رقابتی خود به کار گرفته‌اند. یک راه حل بسیار کارآمد و اثربخش در این راستا، به کارگیری استراتژی جمع‌سپاری در جهت بهره‌برداری از ایده‌های مردمی در حل مسائل مختلف (و پیچیده) می‌باشد. بر این اساس، در پژوهش پیش‌رو، مطالعه جامعی در حوزه شناخت عملیات نوین جمع‌سپاری و ابعاد مختلف آن صورت گرفته است. در این راستا، ضمن کسب آگاهی از کاربردهای عملیاتی جمع‌سپاری در حوزه‌های مختلف، از عملیات فرابارانداز در ساختار شبکه جمع‌سپاری و به منظور تسهیل فرآیندهای پالایش، طبقه‌بندی اطلاعات و هم چنین پوشش ضعف‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری موجود استفاده گردیده است. نهایتاً، مزایا و کارکردهای عملیات جمع‌سپاری – در قالب ساختار شبکه ارائه شده برای آن– در عملیات و صنایع دفاعی کشور مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. https://www.qjmst.ir/article_32984_ff3c93fc42532372383929e6d8f7de0e.pdf
