The displacement of crime is something that causes the criminal act to change in time, place, manner of committing, and type of crime. The purpose of the study is to see if the displacement of criminal militias into new units could lead to the repetition and displacement of crime? The sample size in this study is based on the Cochran sampling formula, which is equal to 40 people due to the protective and security components. Data collection tools were a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of this questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test in the field of transfer of a crime (0/76). Data analysis was performed based on the nature of the data and the way of expressing the hypotheses in a single-sample t-test with SPSS 24 software. According to the findings of the study, with the Punishment of employment ban on the employment of a particular job(s) in the repetition and transfer of a crime, the repetition and transfer of crime occurred in the units of Headquarters of the Southwest Army. تکرار جرم، ازجمله دقیق­ترین و سخت­ترین مباحث حقوق کیفری است. از آن جهت که با مسائل جزایی و اجتماعی مرتبط است و اینکه اجرای عدالت، مرتبط با آن مشکلات متعددی را برای دادگاه‌ها ایجاد کرده است. منظور از جابجایی جرم امری است که سبب تغییر عمل مجرمانه در زمان، مکان، شیوه­ی ارتکاب و نوع جرم ارتکابی می­شود؛ درجابجایی ممکن است مجرم‌ بالقوه‌ به ‌دنبال ‌فرصت ‌مناسب ‌دیگر برای ‌ارتکاب‌ همان ‌جرم یا جرم‌ دیگری‌ باشد. براین اساس هدف پژوهش پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که ببیند آیا جابجایی نظامیان بزهکار به یگان‌های جدید می­تواند موجب تکرار و جابجایی جرم گردد. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش روش پیمایشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه بوده و جزء تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می­گردد. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول نمونه­گیری کوکران و در نظر گرفتن مصالح حفاظتی و امنیتی، برابر با ۴۰ نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه به روش آلفای کرونباخ در حوزه جابجایی جرم (76/0) تائید گردیده است. تجزیه تحلیل داده­ها بر اساس ماهیت داده­ها و شیوه­ی بیان فرضیات در قالب آزمون تی تک نمونه­ای و با نرم‌افزار آماری ۲۴ SPSS انجام شده است. با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش با مجازات منع اشتغال در یک نقطه یا نقاط معین، تکرار و جابجایی جرم در قرارگاه منطقه جنوب غرب نزاجا صورت گرفته است. https://www.qjmst.ir/article_32314_dd39fad8b6d919682beca3fe8af879d3.pdf
