The meaning of <br />this guideline has different implication for the various groups of society. A <br />manager has a duty to try to achive an accurate thinking of doubled diligence and <br />effort so that the whole system can achieve a higher level of efficiency. Systematic <br />thinking is one of the significant elements of decision making and management <br />theories."AJA" organization as a system is in close interaction with its subsystems <br />in such a way that none of its component can produce national security on its own. <br />Only a few managers are aware of the thinking techniques, but the number of those <br />who apply these techniques is even less. When a system is broken down to its <br />components by an analytical method, the main features of the system are lost. <br />However, most managers consider analyzing and compounding synonymous and <br />thus, they see their products (knowledge, and understanding) equal, too. Systematic <br />thinking is the process of gaining an analysis and compounding- based <br />understanding in order to get a comprehensive and perfect insight about a subject <br />in its environment. This kind of thinking seeks to get an understanding about the <br />whole (system) and its components (meta system), the relationships between the <br />whole and the environment.
