In this situation we should find solution that not <br />only help to deterrence but also reduce military expense and with use of special <br />method to end this weapon competition that not benefit for anybody. <br />Use of mass destruction weapons like nuclear and chemical weapons are forbidden <br />in international law and user of these weapons should be sentence. Therefore <br />produce and distribution of them not useful but any trying to produce conventional <br />weapons with long range within the country for defense and also during of enemy <br />aggression with prior warning is lawful action and will be accepted by international <br />laws.
