Journal Article 2021 01 29 The Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran has very valuable capabilities such as land, water, equipment and manpower, which, if considered, will give good results to the force. Therefore, the present study has been conducted with the aim of explaining how to exploit the existing economic capacities by constructing aquaculture ponds in the lands of Khorramshahr naval base. The method of this research is descriptive with a mixed approach and the study population was 125 people and 68 people as a sample size. The results show that the most important source for employing and providing manpower is "using retired employees with skills and expertise (fisheries) with a coefficient of variation of 0.183 (high and very high), an average of 4.32 and the first priority." From the point of view of the sample community, the most important source for providing equipment and facilities is "purchase and use of up-to-date and modern equipment with coefficient of variation of 0.114 (high and very high), average of 4.59 and first priority" and finally the most important source for financing and capital "Establishment and creation of a cooperative company with the membership of volunteer employees to provide the required financial resources with a coefficient of variation of 0.139 (high and very high), an average of 4.56 and the first priority." نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارای ظرفیت‌­های بسیار ارزشمندی نظیر زمین، آب، تجهیزات و نیروی انسانی بوده که در صورت توجه به این ظرفیت­‌ها نتایج مطلوبی نصیب مجموعه نیرو خواهد شد. ازاین‌رو تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین چگونگی بهره‌­برداری از ظرفیت­‌های اقتصادی موجود با احداث حوضچه­‌های پرورش آبزیان در اراضی پایگاه دریایی خرمشهر انجام شده است. روش این تحقیق توصیفی با رویکرد آمیخته و جامعه موردمطالعه به تعداد 125 نفر و تعداد 68 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انجام شده است. نتایج حاصله گویای این است که مهم‌ترین منبع جهت به‌کارگیری و تأمین نیروی انسانی " استفاده از کارکنان بازنشسته با مهارت و تخصص (شیلات) با ضریب تغییرات 0.183 (زیاد و خیلی زیاد)، میانگین 32/4 و اولویت اول" می­‌باشند. از دیدگاه جامعه­‌ی نمونه مهم‌ترین منبع جهت تأمین تجهیزات و تأسیسات " خرید و استفاده از تجهیزات به‌روز و نوین با ضریب تغییرات 0.114 (زیاد و خیلی زیاد)، میانگین 59/4 و اولویت اول" و در پایان نیز مهم‌ترین منبع جهت تأمین اعتبار و سرمایه " تأسیس و ایجاد شرکت تعاونی با عضویت کارکنان داوطلب جهت تأمین منابع مالی موردنیاز با ضریب تغییرات 0.139 (زیاد و خیلی زیاد)، میانگین 56/4 و اولویت اول" می‌­باشند. https://www.qjmst.ir/article_250995_a4d55d9f92159522aee4e0bcb8fe1320.pdf
