It then countinues with issues on decision-making in organizations, and military organizations, planning, information estimations, and assymetrical warfare. In the end, from the point of view of an intelligence officer of the self force, the information of a hypothetical situation about the operation environment characteristics, and the self and enemy status have been investigated and analyzed using four different methods <br />  <br /><strong>Key words:</strong> در این مقاله، ابتدا مقدمه‌ای در خصوص اهمیت تصمیم‌گیری و نقش آن در پیروزی و شکست فرماندهان، تغییر فن‌آوری و روش‌های جمع‌آوری و پردازش اطلاعات جهت تصمیم‌گیری بیان شده و در ادامه مطالبی در زمینه‌ی تصمیم‌گیری در سازمان‌ها و سازمان‌های نظامی، طرح‌ریزی، برآورد اطلاعاتی و جنگ ناهمتراز عنوان شده است و در پایان، در نقش افسر اطلاعات نیروی خودی، اطلاعات یک وضعیت فرضی مربوط به مشخصات منطقه عملیات، وضعیت دشمن و خودی با استفاده از چهار روش (لکسیکوگراف، تخصیص خطی، حذف و تاپسیس) از روش‌های مختلف تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصه مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و محور یا محورهای احتمالی تک دشمن و همچنین ترتیب تقدم آن‌ها مشخص شده است. https://www.qjmst.ir/article_24241_2d712c9e2f4f353c2108751e0eeea05a.pdf
