The results obtained from various sources prove that the main element contributing to insecurity in the Persian Gulf region is the U.S and its regional allies. The presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran is vital for the security, economical, political, social and military orders of the region because of her natural advantages and geostrategic position. This analytical-descriptive paper attempts to study the relations of the Persian Gulf states and the defense vision of this geostrategic region based on the geopolitical elements and by emphasizing the formation process of the military-defensive treaty of the states. این مقاله به بررسی انعقاد پیمان دفاعی مشترک بین کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس با تاکید بر الزامات ژئوپلیتیک ، به‌منظور برقراری امنیت در منطقه خلیج فارس توسط کشورهای این حوزه اختصاص دارد. بر اساس نتایج مطالعات منابع مختلف، یکی از عوامل اصلی ناامنی در منطقۀ خلیج فارس، ایالات متحده آمریکا و حامیان منطقه‌ای آن می‌باشد. با توجه به مزیتهای طبیعی و موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک ایران در ترتیبات امنیتی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و نظامی، حضور و نقش ایران در معادلات سیاسی و اقتصادی منطقه حیاتی است. در این مقاله که به شیوه تحلیلی- توصیفی انجام می‌شود تلاش شده است، روابط متقابل کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس و چشم‌انداز دفاعی این منطقه ژئواستراتژیک، بر اساس عوامل ژئوپلیتیک و با تاکید بر فرآیند شکل‌گیری پیمان نظامی- دفاعی کشورهای این حوزه، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. https://www.qjmst.ir/article_22514_67f098b0f09ef0f126d271764cf270fc.pdf
