In many cases, what is stated as the reason for the beginning or continuation of a war is, in fact, the representation is based on the goals and interests of its actors; while the goals of the actors and their interests are influenced by foundations and geopolitical rivalries at the regional or global level. The war in Syria, also known as the Hybrid Warfare, is the product of the geopolitical opposition of its many actors. Therefore, this applied research has been prepared and developed using John W. Creswell’s research in order to identify and prioritize the effective geopolitical codes and genomes in the formation and continuation of Syrian combined warfare. To this end, the geopolitical codes and genomes of Syria were identified by interviewing the elites and conducting library studies. In the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 political geography professors. Then, according to the results of the interviews, the Topsis questionnaire was prepared and distributed among 35 graduate students of Ph.D. in Strategic Science and Combined-Joint Operations. The findings of the study included nine geopolitical codes and genomes that are characterized by their priority and their importance in the formation and continuation of the combined Syrian war: Trans-regional actors' rivalry; ISIS; regional actors' rivalry; geopolitical polarization; Syria's geopolitical importance; domestic players; Syrian government; divergent populations; and Syrian geopolitical challenges with its neighbors.}, keywords = {Polynomial Hybrid Warfare,Geopolitical Codes and Genomes,Syria War,TOPSIS}, title_fa = {شناسایی و اولویت بندی کُدها و ژنوم‌های ژئوپلیتیکی در شکل‌گیری و استمرار جنگ ترکیبی با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس (مطالعه موردی جنگ در سوریه)}, abstract_fa = {جنگ‌ها به‌عنوان رخدادهای ژئوپلیتیکی حاصل از تقابل نیروهای متخاصم در قلمروی خاص می‌باشند. در بسیاری از موارد آنچه به‌عنوان دلیل آغاز یا استمرار جنگ بیان می‌شود در واقع بازنمایی مبتنی بر اهداف و منافع بازیگران آن است؛ در حالیکه اهداف بازیگران و منافع آنان متأثر از بنیادها و رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی در سطح منطقه‌ای یا جهانی است. جنگ سوریه نیز که از آن به‌عنوان جنگی ترکیبی یاد می‌کنند، حاصل تقابل ژئوپلیتیکی بازیگران متعدد آن است. لذا این پژوهش کاربردی، با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی کُدها و ژنوم‌های ژئوپلیتیک مؤثر در شکل‌گیری و تداوم جنگ ترکیبی سوریه، به روش تحقیق آمیخته مبتنی برطرح پژوهشی کرسول تهیه و تدوین گردید؛ در همین راستا با مصاحبه با نخبگان و انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای کُدها و ژنوم‌های ژئوپلیتیک سوریه را شناسایی شد. در قسمت کیفی با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه با تعداد 10 تن از اساتید رشته جغرافیای سیاسی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته انجام و سپس با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه در خصوص ساختن پرسشنامه تاپسیس و بین 35 تن از دانش‌آموختگان مقاطع دکتری علوم استراتژیک یا عملیات مرکب و مشترک توزیع شد. یافته‌های پژوهش شامل است 9 کُد و ژنوم ژئوپلیتیک است که به شرح زیر اولویت‌بندی و درجه اهمیت آنان در خصوص شکل‌گیری و استمرار جنگ ترکیبی سوریه مشخص گردیده است: رقابت بازیگران فرامنطقه‌ای؛ داعش؛ رقابت بازیگران منطقه‌ای؛ قطب‌بندی ژئوپلیتیکی؛ اهمیت ژئوپلیتیک سوریه؛ بازیکران داخلی؛ دولت سوریه؛ جمعیت نامتجانس و واگرا و چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیکی سوریه با همسایگانش.}, keywords_fa = {پولومولوژی جنگ ترکیبی,کُدها و ژنوم‌های ژئوپلیتیکی,جنگ سوریه,تاپسیس}, url = {https://www.qjmst.ir/article_31071.html}, eprint = {https://www.qjmst.ir/article_31071_324a25302b014227f2450d7a8c2b6dd7.pdf} }
