Countries that use defensive diplomacy in providing a variety of requirements, including the field of defense, will be less militant. The purpose of this research was to explain the role of defensive diplomacy in providing the passive defense and the relationship between the two variables of defense diplomacy as an independent variable and the requires of passive defense as a dependent variable through collecting information from library resources and upstream documents in the armed forces, especially the army of the army and the defense organization and the results of interviews were analyzed with the experts in this area. The results of the practices and ways used in the research indicate that the passive defense include: monitoring threats, knowledge transfer requirements And the experience of the country and the needs of two or multilateral cooperation. Also, the exploitation of defensive diplomacy in providing the needs of the civil defense for the diet of this area and the main decision makers, decision-making and executing diplomacy of the country in order to achieve infrastructure strengthening and The structure of the passive defense can be strengthened by the needs and requirements of the international domain and external environments. The statistical population of this research has made ruts, deputies, executives of executive, theoretical, and decision-making and decision makers related to defense diplomacy and defense of the armed forces.
