The Pathology of field Training detachment in the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to determine the pathology of FTD Air Force training of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army using the Tricycle model. In this model, organizations are considered from three structural, environmental and contextual perspectives. The main question to ask is what are the disadvantages of FTD training there? Methodologically, this research has a qualitative approach that has been made possible through tools such as in-depth interviewing and first-hand documentation. In the analysis, the conventional content analysis method is used to find the research results. The analysis of the findings of the research shows that the effects on the content (behavioral), structural and contextual (environmental) dimensions do not result in proper outputs to the operational units. And all efforts did not achieve the desired and desired outcome of the training and operational hierarchy. At the end of the analysis, the injuries were correctly identified and appropriate solutions were presented.
