The most important factor in improving productivity in any organization and country is human resources. This factor has become an important element in explaining the differences in productivity and growth in different countries. The organization is one of the most important organizations in protecting the country's territorial integrity.
The purpose of the present research is to determine the effect of implementation of the Labiq 14 on the human resources productivity of the West Bank. This is a descriptive study. The statistical population of this study was 31 employees with dependent children who are afflicted with severe illness and who are engaged in the work of the western district of Nazaja, and at least one sample of the benefits of the above-mentioned support scheme. Have been. The questionnaire used in this research has 16 questions that measure the effectiveness of the design on 4 dimensions of productivity. Measurement questionnaire questionnaire is a five-point Likert scale. Also, at the beginning of the questionnaire, some questions were asked to identify the demographic characteristics of the statistical society. In this research, data analysis was performed through a one-sample t-test and SPSS-22 software.
The findings of the research showed that since the implementation of the Labiq 14 project and its advantages, the efficiency dimensions (efficiency, effectiveness, commitment) of the human resources have improved in the West of Nazaja.
