The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of social capital dimensions including structural dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension on staff organizational commitment of NEZAJA Human Resource Department staff in Tehran in 2016. In case of goal the current study is a practical study and method was descriptive-survey, and the main tool for collecting data was questionnaire which was distributed among NEZAJA Human Resource Department in the second half of 2016. Since the collected data was not normal, for analyzing the collected data, Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used. The results shows a significant positive effect of structural and relational dimensions of social capital on organizational commitment, but the cognitive dimension of social capital has no significant effect on organizational commitment in NEZAJA Human Resource Department. Regarding accepted hypothesis, practical proffers was suggested to increase organizational commitment of NEZAJA Human Resource Department staff by social capital dimensions.
