Security and protecting the country against invasion enemies is one of the basic concerns of states and governments. In modern approach or withdraw from the concept of national defense, external threats are not purely military in nature and can include political warfare, economic warfare, cultural warfare and information warfare in its broad sense, too. In addition, all of these levels and different types of hardware and software conflicts can, so both have, Naturally, in such circumstances and to achieve the objectives consistent with the national interest, sovereignty, intelligence - security will be inevitable. So the main concern of this study is to understand the role of authority in the comprehensive information that is descriptive - analytic method has been covered.
