The study entitled the functions of Army Aviation (hereafter called HAVANIRUZ) Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center in enhancing AJA combat readiness, aimed to investigate the variables of technical personnel training, equipment and tools, and the proper working environment effective on AJA combat redlines. Given the economic constraints, the role of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center in HAVANIRUZ maintenance system would be significant in enhancing AJA combat readiness. Regarding the aims of the study, it is an applied and case/descriptive one. The statistical population consisted of 140 experts and technical specialists of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center with at least Bachelor Degree and 16 years of experience in the aforementioned fields. Interviews, questionnaires and library studies were used as a data collection tools. Through a scientific method in the area of the functions of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center, this study sought ways to result in enhancing AJA combat readiness. According to the findings of the study, the use of the variables including technical personnel training, equipment and tools, and the proper work environment would have significant impact on enhancing AJA combat readiness. The findings confirmed that the functions of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center can enhance AJA combat readiness.
