With the growing of various technologies, traditional warfare has gradually become a full-fledged war in which economic, biological, technical, demographic, and so on capacities are under unified management, command and control. Evolutionary theories of the war have one common thing; they study and consider the role of command in the evolution of warfare through a developmental process based on milestones in the history of human civilization. As the complexities of today's world make phenomena complex and multifaceted, so too is war because of its fundamental nature and character, and today's hybrid warfare has become the focus of scholars on the role of C4I in modern military and strategic literature. The researches are ongoing. Therefore, explaining the basics, principles, characteristics, and objectives of the hybrid warfare and their type of command and control (the purpose of the research) as instances of future wars (in terms of importance and necessity) is one of the requirements that can be prioritized in major military policy. This paper, with an ontological approach, examines the characteristics of generations of war from the command's point of view, and concludes that combined warfare is a sophisticated and sophisticated form of warfare on a national scale due to new threats and the complexity of their nature; Command and control at various levels and strategies for implementing them in these areas is essential and that is why the management and guidance of resources under these conditions requires command and control at the national level.
