Utilizing the Economic Capacities of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran by Constructing Aquaculture Ponds

Abstract
The Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran has very valuable capabilities such as land, water, equipment and manpower, which, if considered, will give good results to the force. Therefore, the present study has been conducted with the aim of explaining how to exploit the existing economic capacities by constructing aquaculture ponds in the lands of Khorramshahr naval base. The method of this research is descriptive with a mixed approach and the study population was 125 people and 68 people as a sample size. The results show that the most important source for employing and providing manpower is "using retired employees with skills and expertise (fisheries) with a coefficient of variation of 0.183 (high and very high), an average of 4.32 and the first priority." From the point of view of the sample community, the most important source for providing equipment and facilities is "purchase and use of up-to-date and modern equipment with coefficient of variation of 0.114 (high and very high), average of 4.59 and first priority" and finally the most important source for financing and capital "Establishment and creation of a cooperative company with the membership of volunteer employees to provide the required financial resources with a coefficient of variation of 0.139 (high and very high), an average of 4.56 and the first priority."
