Implementing Strategies for Countering US Comprehensive Sanctions (Maximum Pressure Policy) Using the Idea of Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei

Abstract
According to the Supreme Leader's statement in the Second Step of the Revolution statement, one of the fundamental challenges of the country is the external challenges and the temptations of the enemy. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to identify strategies to counter US comprehensive sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, as stated by the Supreme Leader. This research is a kind of applied research and in terms of data analysis is descriptive research that is done by the content analysis method.
The population under study is the Supreme Leader's formations, which have been studied in an all-encompassing way. Data were collected in a library manner and analyzed by qualitative content analysis and cognitive mapping. The findings of the research indicate that the four major strategies - resistance and all-out resistance, preserving revolutionary thinking, relying on a resilient economy and strengthening the country's management are among the strategies considered by the supreme leader, if fully implemented, All enemy conspiracies and strategies of maximum pressure on the enemy will fail and will render the country resilient and threaten and exert external pressure on an opportunity for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
