In recent years, knowledge management has been changed to an important subject matter of dispute at different levels. Because it is pertaining to most important worthy organizational capital, it means intellectual capital.The subject of knowledge management isn’t new, but it has recently been used and seriously occurred in science and management among scholars in organizations. During recent years in Iran, the managers & specialists of organizations have become familiar with knowledge management by researches & taken part in scientific meetings. The Islamic Republic of Iran Air force also pertains the understanding of knowledge management parallel to other organizations. The scientific concept of knowledge management has taken action in different process levels.On this essay, by taking important previous actions into account & pre-requisites implementation of knowledge management, we study the existing condition, including organizational factors, cultural factors, technology, human resource, and training which are important to carry out knowledge management. At the end of research, we try to present the frame of good theoretical condition of each factor for achievement of successful implementation of knowledge management.
