The main aimed this research is studying and identification of personal characteristics effects on sandoogh taavon’s employees performance degree by a strategic approach. The sampling method in this research is simple method. The research method is correlation-survey. Questionnaire tool was used for performance designation by personal characteristics and existed annual financial benchmarks in personnel file. personal characteristics is identified and defined by the book contents of Stephen. B. Robins and the relation between following parameters has been considered: personal characteristics (absolute parameter) and performance (required parameter). The consideration to personal characteristics in the above strategy has studied with regard to existed five years plan.the relation between personal characteristics and performance has identified by studies and examination and pointed out that different personal characteristics have different effects on performance. The study of on sandoogh taavon’s five years strategy pointed out that in the process of the above strategy making, any consideration has made to personal characteristics.
