Military education is an important and considerable issue and one of the main concern of commanders and those responsible for training in IRI army. The aim of this paper is the inspection of military education concepts, manners, preventives and effective factors in battalion commander's view in Imam Ali(as) Military Officer University. Therefore, this paper is a qualitative research which takes advantage of data-based theory qualitative strategy. Eleven commanders with more relative experiences in the field, have been chosen as primary samples. Firstly, they have been interviewed and then their interview's contexts are written in this paper and registered as main information. The analysis of that information is performed based on complete study on interview's contexts. After extracting the primary concepts, the SCHTRVOS – CORBIN approach has been used to design an acceptable model.As a result, the military education in commanders' view is described as changing of continuous behavior based on worthiness, soul and body nurture that is consequences to rise up the physical ability and knowledge level, environmental compatibility, sociability, obedience and undertaking by educating a military person.Finally, the approaches, preventatives and effective factors in military education are presented by an admissible model.
