Recognizing human as a complicate organizational element, the management theorists introduce man as the most important element for the survival of organizations and pay increasing attention to human resources as a powerful instrument in organization development and transformation. Therefore, the improvement of human force performance is obviously important. As a result, practical methods have to be introduced and it has to be put into practice. The method of this applied research is the descriptive method and the data was gathered through field and library sources using tools like questionnaire and library documents.To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, 25 people were randomly selected from the study population and a questionnaire was provided to them. The analysis of the questionnaires by a statistical software showed the reliability coefficients of 87% obtained from Cronbach's alpha. Evidence shows that for tests conducted for research purposes, a correlation of 70% or more will suffice. Thus, according to coefficients obtained from the reliability test, the questionnaire can be used to continue the research. Finally, both of the hypotheses of the research were confirmed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. It means that the specialized performance of the technical personnel of electronics repair center can be improved through succession planning and performance evaluation of technical personnel.
